Her screen name is annn....!!

Her screen name is simply annn!! (watch out for the number of the letter 'n' in the word annn!) Yes annn, it comes up with triple n's! When I was first introduced to her by my another virtual friend, she had an impression of nothing but a dullard! Not only she looked so boring but also she was a slowpoke in responding to each question I asked. Like many other chatters I had met online, annn, back at the square one, was a complete mystery, she did not let me know about her age, her marital status and so on! The only thing that I know about her was that she is a singaporean! A Malay Singaporean to be more exact. But as the time went by, I began to know about this mysterious friend of mine! And she began to tell anything to me about herself from A to Z. But the infos on her did not come easy! It took about a year for her to believe me, to believe that I wanted to befriend an old lady of 50s like herself! As I know her better and better, I began to see something special with this lady which really deserves an admiration from me and from anybody else who could see things clearly! Something beautiful that goes beyond a physical beauty!!

For some reasons, for my respect for her and for decency, I will not go into detail on our relationship. But please don't let the obscenity come across your mind! For I, myself, am not a cad nor a roué! We always wanted to keep our relationship platonic and we did not want any stupid romantic silliness to come in our way that would eventually ruin our pure friendship!! Yet I have to exclude any things that touch the very personal matters! But of course I will give you some highlights about her.

Annn is a mother of two sons. At the first years of her marriage, she found nothing that stood up in her path but happiness!! But soon after a while her marriage turned to nightmare as her husband decided to marry another woman, and finally the day had come when my friend annn, had to accept the real bitterness that she was now only the second best to her husband's new wife! But that was not the worst part of the most grievous chapter in her marriage, again she soon found out that her husband left her for good to weave another romantic happiness with his new spouse! Soon after she realized that nobody would support her financially, she knew that it was time for her to throw down the gauntlet at her own future!! But alhamdulillah at that time, there were so many friends and her family that temporarily supported her both financially and morally! But the fate had not relented at her, as a devout muslimah she had to wear jilbab all the time and she told me that it's not easy for a muslimah with a jilbab to find a job in Singapore, even if you are qualified and accepted to serve in a company still you will be asked "Are you willing to leave your jilbab if you work with us in the company?". It is a very common question for a muslimah with a jilbab if you are trying to apply for a job in Singapore!

Now it's been 9 years since the first we met online, annn now is alhamdulillah financially stable. I was happy to find out that annn found a well-paid job! And now she is able to send both of her kids to college!! Actually I have loads of stories about annn that I wanted to share. But of course, it will cover a lot of space in this post and will not be comfortable for me to type it out! And for the typist... if you have to type like crazy surely it would make you tuckered out.... hehehehe... okay... that's all from me for now.... wassalamu alaikum wr wb
